Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by Dunje Game (“we”, “us”) through our mobile apps and the website dunjegame.com. Please read it carefully to understand how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your personal information. Last updated: October 8, 2026.

What personal information do we collect?

We do not ourselves collect personal information from the users of our apps, and we do not create user accounts. Our apps and games are meant for a general audience and do not knowingly collect personal information from adults or children. However, the advertising partners listed below may collect certain data through our apps, as described in this policy.

Advertising providers

The advertising providers we currently use are:

• Google Advertising Products (AdMob)
• Chartboost
• Liftoff (formerly Vungle)

Please refer to the privacy policies of these providers to learn how they handle your data and what data they collect. They may show you ads based on your interests. Depending on the app, data such as your advertising identifier, IP address, device and operating-system information, approximate location (for example city-level) and ad interactions may be collected by these partners.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, we ask for your consent to see personalized ads through a message shown when you open our apps. If you do not consent, you will see non-personalized ads, which are targeted using contextual information, including coarse (such as city-level) geo-targeting and the content of the app you are using.

GDPR and children (COPPA)

We ask new users to provide their age so as to better protect younger users. Users under 16 years old are shown “Designed for Families”-compliant ads only.

You have the right to change your mind and withdraw your consent. To opt out of interest-based or targeted ads from all advertising providers, turn on “Limit Ad Tracking” / “Allow Apps to Request to Track: off” on your iOS device, or “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on your Android device (or use the setting in the app when available).

You also have the right to review what data the advertising providers hold about you, to check how it is used, and to ask them to erase your personal data.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”) gives you specific rights regarding your personal information.

Categories of information. In the last 12 months, our advertising partners may have collected, through our apps, the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as advertising ID and IP address), internet or other electronic network activity (such as ad and in-app interactions), device information, and approximate geolocation. We do not collect sensitive personal information.

Purposes. This information is used to display, measure and limit the frequency of advertising, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to maintain and improve our apps.

Sale and sharing. We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money. However, the disclosure of identifiers and activity data to advertising partners for interest-based advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the CCPA. You can opt out at any time (see below). We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Your rights. You have the right to know what personal information is collected, used and disclosed; to request deletion of your personal information; to request correction of inaccurate information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

How to exercise your rights. To opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information (“Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”), use the ad-personalization settings of your device (“Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android, “Allow Apps to Request to Track” off on iOS) or the privacy settings in our apps where available. For other requests, email us at dunjegame@hotmail.com. We will respond within 45 days. You may also use an authorized agent, and we may need to verify your identity. You can also exercise your choices directly with our partners, for example Liftoff.

Cookies and similar technologies

Strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies may be stored on your device for frequency capping, aggregated ad reporting, and to combat fraud and abuse. If you continue to use our apps, we assume that you agree to the use of such technologies.

Leaderboards

Some of our apps rely on Game Center or Google Play Services to store your game score and progress and to access worldwide leaderboards. Any score the app submits on your behalf may include the country from which it was submitted. Data submitted to Game Center is subject to Apple’s terms; data submitted to Google Play Services is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
